What You’ll Do:

• Plan and Engage: Create weekly schedules with clear goals and exciting activities that support children's growth.
• Celebrate Progress: Observe, document, and share milestones with parents through regular updates, while encouraging children’s development in key life skills.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong, trusting bonds with children and families, and provide a welcoming space where everyone feels supported.
• Collaborate: Work closely with fellow teachers to plan creative projects, innovative lessons, and events that inspire curiosity and deep learning.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe space where children can explore and thrive. Assist with basic needs like diaper changes and personal hygiene.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the classroom.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to adapt teaching to meet each child’s needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working as part of a team.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ($18 - $35 per hour) based on experience and certifications.
• Full-time role (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm).
• Part-Time role (Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
