The Parkside School is an independent elementary school in New York City dedicated to educating children with language-based learning differences and difficulties. We serve a diverse student body from varied ethnic, social, and economic backgrounds, providing a holistic and thoughtfully designed learning environment that integrates academic instruction with comprehensive support services. 

At Parkside, we believe in serving the whole child. Our mission is to help students leverage their strengths, build effective tools and strategies for areas of challenge, and grow in confidence, self-understanding, and respect for others. Our educational model blends interdisciplinary teaching, individualized attention, and collaborative problem-solving to meet each child’s unique learning style.
