Company Description:

Nestled at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains approximately 20 miles west of the Hudson River and 75 miles north of New York City, the Pine Bush Central School District covers seven towns located in portions of Ulster, Sullivan, and Orange counties.

Established in 1938, the district is composed of four elementary schools, two middle schools, and a high school. It has a student enrollment of approximately 5,000 and a budget of $114 million.

Competitive Odyssey of the Mind teams from Pine Bush Elementary and Crispell Middle School claimed state titles.
Twenty-one Academic Intervention Services teachers provide direct support to elementary and middle school students struggling with ELA and/or math.
Six Summer Academy programs serve more than 200 high school students.
Two Summer Academies serve approximately 50 middle school students who participate in cross-curricular activities, including a new summer engineering academy for eighth grade students.
Eight quality half-day pre-kindergarten classes serve 144 students, all of whom will attend kindergarten in the district.
Two full-time elementary Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) coaches provide professional development and support for the implementation of “Engineering is Elementary” science kits in grades 1-5.
Four Engineering Adventures after-school clubs are featured in each elementary school.
Three eight-week sessions provide engaging science activities for students in grades 3-5.
