Job Description:

Take your career to the next level at our O’Hare Child Development Center!

As Center Director you’ll have the opportunity to nurture the hearts and minds of children from 6 weeks to preschool age, instilling in them a dedication to life-long learning.  We believe children “learn by doing,” an approach that allows young minds to explore and understand the world around them.

O’Hare Child Development Center is located on the border of Park Ridge and Des Plaines, allowing our center to collaborate with the Park Ridge and Des Plaines Chambers of Commerce and public libraries. The center is in a secure building on FAA property and parents always comment that they immediately feel welcome upon entering the center as teachers greet them by name. Many of our families are employees of the federal government and the children we serve at O’Hare grow and learn by interacting with other children from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Parent involvement is important to us, too, and we have a parent advisory board, which provides support to the center. We are proud that parents’ strong commitment to the O’Hare Child Development Center ripples through the community and results in many referrals.

The talented staff members at O’Hare Child Development Center have dedicated their careers to early childhood education and are committed to helping you to be the best teacher you can be.  We hope you’ll consider joining our team!
