Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a safe and productive classroom
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum
- Utilize educational technology to enhance instruction
- Provide early intervention support for students who may be struggling academically or behaviorally
- Foster a love of reading by incorporating library services into the curriculum

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and instructional methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write clear and concise lesson plans and reports
- Experience with behavior management techniques
- Experience tutoring or providing additional support to students with special needs, such as autism
