Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with NYS State standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our students;
- Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and supported;
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and backgrounds;
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being; and
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.
