Required Education, Certification, Experience and Skills:  Children with Special 

• Manage the day-to-day operations and supervision of all Program activities of the Center to including coordinating and supervising the work of staff, working with external stakeholders, service providers and parents.
• Oversee administrative systems containing student records.  Ensure an efficient system for storing and retrieving information.  Be able to easily produce date and/or reports that may be needed.
• Work with teaching staff to implement the approved curriculum, and plan stimulating and meaningful activities for the children and families.  Make available to staff appropriate materials and resources that support the approved instructional goals.  Work with teachers to create and maintain classrooms that are safe, attractive and nurturing.
• Computer literate.  Experienced with remote learning platforms such as Google Class, Class Dojo, etc.

Candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Education and have at least two years administrative experience. 
Certification in Early Childhood Education required-Birth-2 years and Children with Disabilities – Birth -2.
Ideal candidate must have excellent leadership ability, good interpersonal and communication skills
