   Highbridge Advisory Council Family Services is a non profit Headstart Program located in the Bronx. Highbridge Mission Statement is to develop and strengthen the cognitive and physical development of the children by engaging the parent in a supported developmental and learning process through the provision of quality education and social services. The Organization provides a continuum of children's services such as preschool regular education, and preschool special education. The programs and services are for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. We have seven different school locations in the Bronx.
