APPLICATION
All applicants are requested to submit a cover letter along with completed certified application or in-district transfer form, three letters of recommendation, résumé, copies of transcripts, certificate and fingerprint card . Photocopies are acceptable for preliminary screening; originals must be available upon request.

1.Master’s or more advanced degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
2.State Certificate of Clinical Competency or State License 1.A minimum of two years' experience working in the speech pathology field.
2.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with students, faculty, and parents, so that all parties understand the program and degree of progress being made.
3.Valid Fingerprint Clearance.
