Position Description:

Enthusiastic therapist desired to provide evidence based parenting curriculum, Kazdin's Parent Management Training that involves coaching parents to change children's oppositional, non-compliant, or other problem behaviors. Position needs an energetic and animated therapist to follow KPMT model to fidelity, including monthly consultation with KPMT consultants.

This position requires flexibility of schedule in response to needs of families. A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, an LSW or LPC, and prior experience in the delivery of mental health services in the home/community to children and families is essential.

About Applewood Centers:

From our roots as a school, an orphanage and a guidance clinic, through our evolution to the large behavioral health and social service organization we are today, our services for children and families have spanned over 175 years.
