Small private school serving students in grades 6–12 with intensive emotional and behavioral challenges is looking for a full-time Special Education Classroom Teacher to join our creative, dedicated, compassionate team of education professionals. Bachelor degree with no previous experience is welcomed, as we’re most interested in finding candidates with values, priorities, and attitudes that align with our school’s mission and our students’ special needs. In this full-time position, the teacher will be responsible for overall management of assigned classroom and must be comfortable working with diverse student needs in multiple content areas. We offer on-the-job training in our program model and support our teachers with multiple automated processes and procedures to assist IEP fulfillment. With that being said, individual teacher innovation and initiative is welcomed and encouraged.
