Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technological excellence and a depth of teaching experience. We are looking for someone who has been a teacher, trainer, or information systems professional with a concentration on employee training. You will need to maintain a mastery level of a wide variety of software applications and business processes. You will be expected to analyze software and support trends and provide creative solutions to train our staff to be more efficient. You will provide employee baseline training, as well as ongoing and continuous training. You will be working with a highly skilled IT staff, lawyers, and administrative professionals. Your technical skill set should be similar to the upper level of the IT department.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
  • Strong technical background and affluent with current technologies.
  • Training or teaching experience. You must be comfortable speaking with people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is an absolute must.
  • Light travel is needed as we support offices throughout the region.
  • Highly organized and demonstrated extensive experience managing many projects at the same time.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Professional Certifications.
  • Netdocuments, Aderant, Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Skype, Word, Excel, Office 365, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Mimecast, LexisNexis, Avaya Telephones, Litigation and Discovery Software, and general Internetworking.
  • Understanding of complex software and network solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability creating streamlined training documentation and keeping updated.
